“So…. Wow… I’m not sure where to start. First Off, I’m not a perfect person, but I pray, and I pray often, and I Consider myself blessed. But being an ICU RN, I felt a lot of disappointment, let down, and anger against many things that I thought God “let” happen. Specifically during Covid. But now I know, by reading this book, that it’s not just me… God has a plan for each and everyone of us, and that includes him blessing you in so many ways, but yet at times taking away what you love or care about in your life, and always at the worst of times! At first I did not understand… And it made me bitter. But after reading this book, and knowing how strong Dr. Miller’s faith is, but yet how God has challenged her and to see how she has gotten through it……that it’s self has helped me build my faith back up. She is such a strong person, so smart, and with such strong faith, I only hope that one day I will be just like her. Sounds silly… but I crave to experience the relationship she has with God.
